Our Story

Construction Group International LLC (CGI) is proud to be a woman owned small business certified with OMWBE and registered with City of Seattle and King County.  We specialize in demolition and abatement services including: selective demolition, building demolition, asbestos abatement, mold remediation, lead-based paint removal and other hazardous materials remediation. Our main office is located in Woodinville, WA, but we perform work throughout Washington State.

Experience

Over the years we have developed successful relationships with a wide variety of clients. Our clients are made up of general contractors, building owners, municipalities, school districts, hospitals, consultants, and home owners. Every project, large or small, is important to us. We take pride in our work and look forward to continuing to develop or our client relationships while working on creating new ones.

Safety

CGI prioritizes safety and OSHA compliance with all of our projects and personnel. CGI personnel are trained in: asbestos abatement, lead renovation, mold remediation, OSHA construction safety, HAZWOPER, trenching and excavation, equipment operation, fall protection, forklift and aerial work platform safety, first aid (CPR), lockout/tagout, proper tool handling and in the proper usage of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Financial, Insurance and Bonding

CGI has positioned itself to be a successful and profitable corporation, while being well capitalized and with minimal long-term debt. CGI is fully bonded and insured through HUB International of Bothell, Washington.
